Admire Switzerland’s Fantastic Alpine Scenery THE GLACIER EXPRESS 5 days / 4 nights

DAY 1 – ZÜRICH AIRPORT / ZERMATT – Upon arrival at Zürich Airport take the train to Berne where you change trains for Brig. Upon arrival change to cogwheel train for a fascinating trip to Zermatt. Overnight in Zermatt at Hotel Albana Real or similar.

DAY 2 – ZERMATT – Full day in Zermatt with time to explore this car-free village and do some shopping. Use the Gornergrat tickets for spectacular views of the surrounding peaks. Overnight in Zermatt. (BB)

DAY 3 – ZERMATT/ ST. MORITZ – Leave Zermatt by the direct GLACIER EXPRESS train to lovely St. Moritz, passing beautiful mountain scenery, snow-covered peaks and meadows full of wild flowers. Overnight in St. Moritz at Hotel Baren or similar. (BB)

DAY 4 – ST. MORITZ – A day free to explore this alpine valley with its many lakes or to ascend one of the mountains by railroad or cable cars. Another option for an extra day-trip would be a ride on the Bernina Express train. Overnight in St. Moritz. (BB)

DAY 5 – ST. MORITZ / ZÜRICH AIRPORT – Leave by train via Chur to Zürich for departure. (BB)
